1. Overview
Welcome to https://esimforchina.com. This store is operated personally under the brand eSim For China (“I,” “me,” “we,” or “us”). By browsing or buying an eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Digital products (eSIMs)
eSim For China sells digital data-only eSIM profiles for use in mainland China. They connect to China Mobile as a roaming line. Traffic is routed via Hong Kong, so Google, Gmail, Maps, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp work without a VPN.
- Device compatibility: You must confirm your phone is eSIM-capable and unlocked before purchase. We are not liable for incompatible or locked devices.
- Delivery: After successful payment, QR code and install steps are sent to the email used at checkout.
- Coverage & speed: The eSIM uses China Mobile. Coverage and speed depend on location, network load, and China Mobile’s infrastructure. We do not promise coverage in every district.
- Data only: Plans include mobile data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS.
- Data Roaming: Data Roaming must be turned on for the eSIM line for it to connect. There is no extra charge for Data Roaming on this eSIM.
- Validity: Plan days start when the eSIM is installed. Each day ends at 23:59 China time (GMT+8), so the first day can be short. There are no top-ups.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed by our checkout provider (e.g. Whop). By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds for digital eSIMs follow our Refund Policy. In short: once a QR is issued, sales are generally final except for verified defective (never-activated) QR codes, which may be replaced. If we cannot issue your eSIM after payment, the order is refunded. See the Refund Policy page for full rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or eSIMs for unlawful purposes, or to abuse, resell without permission, or attack the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to eSim For China or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third parties (payment, Telegram, guides). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, eSim For China is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or eSIM products, including coverage gaps outside our control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
